Our meals are designed to suit a calorie surplus diet that is supported by a strength training routine for best results.

This simply means that one consumes more calories than they burn leading to muscle gain through a healthier and cleaner way. The meals have a high protein macro split to facilitate muscle growth as well as a high carb macro split to fuel your workouts as well enhance faster recovery. Our meals deliver between 500-600 Kcal with up to 40g of protein per meal. All meals are prepared with healthy fats.
