QUESTION ABOUT MEALS

If you don’t plan on consuming your meals within 4 days of receiving them we recommend to freeze them to prolong the life of the meal. The containers the food comes in are freezable and ensures the food is protected from freezer burn for up to 30 days.

Each menu item comes with a full ingredient list on our website, so you will know exactly what you’re ordering!

5 days in the fridge and 30 days in the freezer.

Our muffins are good for 3 days if kept at room temperature. However, if refrigerated their life increases to 5 days .If kept frozen they are good for up to 2 months. They taste very much the same regardless of the method in which they are stored.

All of our meal containers are microwave-safe and BPA-free. Open a corner of the lid and microwave for 2-4 minutes (if your meal contains any sauce containers, remove those before heating). Heating time will vary depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference. Containers are NOT oven safe but you can put your food on an oven safe dish if you prefer the oven. All meals must be reheated before consumption. Enjoy!

Of course! But we recommend that you choose a healthier, low sugar/sodium options whenever possible.

DELIVERIES AND DELIVERY DAYS

All of the meals need to be picked up at once. We are required by regulations to discard your meals if not picked up by the next delivery day. 

Currently our delivery days are on Mondays & Thursdays by 15pm. You food should be ready for pick up at 15pm. You will choose your delivery day and pick up point location in the checkout process.

The delivery price is included in our meal pricing. No extra charges are made for delivery.

We have partner delivery points that can be found our web page under pick up locations. You can also easily select your pick up point as you order for your meal.

Most of our gyms allow non-members, so it should be ok! Contact us in case of any problem.

GETTING STARTED

All our meals and meal plans must be ordered online through our website. To start an order, choose your prefered meal plan based on your goal. Our systems will automatically filter all the products meant for that plan. Customise and add products to the shopping cart from any of the meal plans to suit your needs. Proceed to checkout where various payment options are available based on your preference.

Yes we do. For Monday deliveries, order your meal by Friday midnight and for Thursday deliveries order your meals by Tuesday midnight. This applies for subscription meals as well. Deliveries for subscription meals are once a week on the prefered chosen delivery days as per the customer’s wishes.

We suggest consulting your physician before making any changes to your regular diet.

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returned containers. All of the containers provided are reusable (and make great home organizers!). If you do not intend to keep them, we encourage you to please recycle.

Our meals are designed to suit the various meal plans for best results. However, your can to some extent customise your meals to suit your own personal preferences.

We currently don’t have a physical location where our customers can come and visit. We are otherwise available via phone or email. Follow our social media pages instagram/facebook and get informed of our pop up activities at the pick up points to meet us in person.
